What is MONARK?
Does MONARK Ship Internationally ?

When does my first MONARK box ship?
Your first MONARK box will ship on or around the 25th of the following month. For example, if you ordered your subscription September 15th, your first box will ship October 25th. MONARK boxes ship on or around the 25th of each month. Occasionally things ship out a little later due to the manufacturing process of your EXCLUSIVE product. It is our goal to get your package in hand no later than the last day of each month.
If all MONARK product EXCLUSIVE ?
Yes, All T-shirts and Accessories featured in the MONARK box is exclusive to the Members of MONARK.
Will I know what brand will be in the box ahead of time?
NO, we keep that a secret until the boxes are shipped out. If you knew what was coming each month it would take the fun out of it. Our primary focus is delivering a quality product.
I did not get my tracking number, how can I request it?

How do I change my sizes or address?
Please go to the SIZE /ADDRESS CHANGE tab located at the bottom of the homepage.
Can I return a MONARK box?
NO, MONARK boxes cannot be returned once they have been shipped.
Can I cancel my MONARK order, how?
Yes, you can cancel your MONARK subscription at any time by sending an e-mail to VIP services or calling Allison Ho -
